About Meera
I'd rather lose a deal than lose your trust.
The short version
How I got here
I didn't plan to sell homes. I planned to climb a corporate ladder. Then my parents decided to downsize, and the agent they hired treated their life's worth of memories like a line item. I handled the search myself, and somewhere in that process I realised the work I actually cared about wasn't the sale — it was the judgment.
So in 2013 I left the office job and started over, at the bottom, in a city I already loved. Twelve years later I've sat on both sides of the table — the nervous first-timer and the multi-home investor — and I bring that to every conversation.
What that actually looks like: when the Rao family fell for a Sadashivanagar villa priced on the owner's memories rather than the market, I pulled three comparable sales, sat with them for an hour on the number, and we closed ₹32 lakh under ask — with the seller still shaking my hand. When the Menons bought from Dubai, I ran the whole thing on their timezone, video tours at their midnight, keys ready the day they landed. Same care, different clock.
“The right home is a decision you feel, not just a deal you sign.”
How I work
Three things I won't compromise
Plenty of agents can show you homes. Few will tell you the one you're in love with is the wrong one. These are the lines I don't cross — not when the market is hot, not when the commission is big, not even when you're sure I'm wrong.
Honesty over commission
If a property isn't right for you, I'll be the first to say so. The second deal from the same family is worth more than one inflated sale.
Fewer clients, deeper work
I cap my active mandates on purpose. You get the version of me that reads the title, not the version that forwards a portal link.
The long view
I advise on the home you'll love in ten years — not the one that photographs well this weekend. That's the job.
Credentials
The paperwork that lets me do this legally — and the numbers that suggest I do it well.
- RERA-registered agent (KA/AG/2015/0421)
- 12+ years in Bengaluru luxury residential

Milestones
2013
Left a corporate sales role to help my parents relocate — and watched how transactional most agents were. Decided to do it differently.
2015
Registered with RERA and took my first solo mandates in Koramangala and Jayanagar. Closed ₹18 Cr in year one.
2018
Built my NRI concierge process for clients buying from Dubai and Singapore. First fully-remote closing, at their midnight.
2021
Crossed ₹500 Cr advised. Deliberately capped client count to protect the quality of the work.
2026
₹840 Cr advised, 310 families settled, still taking fewer than ten mandates at a time.

What it's like to work with me
You'll get one person who answers her own phone, reads the fine print so you don't have to, and tells you the unglamorous truth about a house before you fall for it. Fewer clients, every time — because that's the only way I know how to do this well.
